Showing some restraint from jumping up and down suffice to say at the MORAY COUNCIL meeting today a motion from Councillor Ross was past unanimously that the MLC ice rink should stay open and that a new plant should take precedence over keeping the old plant and using a drop in gas
They are very much aware of the time scale involved with finance and the legality of the R 22 gas being used at present in as much as the Council Officers have been instructed to bring back a report before the next Council meeting on the 27th August having Consulted with the MLC, and an independent advisor as to which equipment and which gas would be most cost effective including final costs and time scale.
