Please see the see notice for the Committee Meeting to be held at the Newton Hotel, Nairn on Sunday the 19th of February at 7.00pm.
The Committee meeting which should have been held at the Laichmoray Hotel in Elgin on the 23rd of October 2016 was not quorate. I would like to remind you that the Province Constitution was altered in 2015 to remove the requirement for club reps to be voted onto the Committee at the AGM and allows each club to nominate any member of their club to attend Committee Meetings.
Please could you arrange to deliver any trophies held by your members to the Meeting in order that arrangements can be made to have them engraved in time for the AGM in May; if necessary trophies can be left at the ice rinks in Elgin and Inverness for collection by a member of the Executive.
The members of the Executive look forward to seeing a member of your club on the 19th of February at the Newton Hotel.
