The Province AGM will be held in the Laichmoray Hotel, Elgin on Wednesday the 3rd of May at 7.00pm.
Please could all club secretaries circulate the attached Agenda, previous Minutes and the list of the 2016/17 competition winners to all your club members; it would be very much appreciated it if you would encourage as many of your club members as possible to attend.
It would help me enormously if those Province officials who will be giving a report to the meeting could email me a copy as a word document so that I can attach it to the minutes as an appendix.
