Sir William Gordon Cumming

At the 1964 Annual General Meeting Sir William was elected as Honorary President being nominated by Peter Pottie and seconded by Tom Walls.

Both spoke very highly of the interest Sir William had taken in Province curling and made particular reference to the fact that he at all times had been most helpful making Blairs Loch on his Estate available for Bonspiels at which he supplied hospitality generously to all curlers taking part.
