Well folks, this has been some day!

Moray Junior Curling Club had the best part of 3 rinks competing today.

A rink that go under the name of Girls Allowed, skipped by Amy Macdonald, with Eilidh Yeats, Ailsa Henderson and Faye McInnes played in the Macallan Bonspiel in Elgin as did a boys rink skipped by Grant Stephen, with Gordon Kelly, Douglas Henderson and Matthew Brown. Both rinks played exceptionally well and I am really sorry to be in the rink that piped Girls Allowed by 1 shot for the low road prize.(It is the first game this season when I have not been thrashed by a junior rink :).

Our under 14 rink did exceptionally well in Aberdeen. Callum Jacklin, skipped
the rink of Molly Keen, James Carter and Ciaran Barron, who stepped in as a
replacement for Ross McCulloch who is still unwell. Callum’s rink lost by 1
shot to a Lanark rink. drew against a Kinross rink and won against a Stirling
rink. Wow 🙂

I have received compliments about how well everyone played today and that your
etiquette is something to behold. Keep it up

The Junior Club is still involved with the Province League sitting in third place with a game in hand and only a couple of games to play.
