Members of the Moray MWCC have done the Province proud again this season being at the forefront of competitive curling all season. Two were members of the 2011-2012 World Class Wheelchair Performance Squad pool of 8 from Scotland Gregor Ewan and Jim Gault.
Scottish Wheel Chair Champions
Eight teams played a round robin of four games each in the Scottish Wheelchair Curling Championship held at Curl Aberdeen.
This was Gregor’s third successive attempt to win the title and it proved to be third time lucky with Jim Gault, Mike McKenzie and Jackie Cayton playing against Aileen Neilson, with Michael McCreadie, Mo Simpson and Seamus McArdle.

There was also an award for “Sportsmanship Trophy” but I imagine Gregor and Jim did not put themselves forward for that!!?
