Diary of Curling Annual General Meetings 2012
Wednesday 28th March: – Moray Junior Curling Club Moray Leisure Centre 17.30
Prize giving and AGM come along you may want to become part of the club there is always plenty to be done.
Wednesday 11th April: – Moray Province Curling Development Group @ M L C for 7pm
All Province curlers from East and West are welcome along. As an official sub committee of the Moray Province input from all airts of the Province would be appreciated and you would be made most welcome.
We are very keen to get new coaches or helpers on board with our numbers of juniors over the 50 mark now we need more assistance from Province club members.
Any curler with an interest in promoting the sport to young and the more mature are required on Mondays and or Wednesdays.
Wednesday 2nd May: – Moray Province of Area 10 in the Golf View Nairn @ 7pm Come along to this your AGM participate in discussion or just listen as to how the Province is running.
Members: – Every member of a club which is a member of Moray Province shall be deemed to be a member of the Province, provided that the member’s subscriptions to the Province, Area 10 and to the Royal Club have been paid for the current year.
The Committee of Management shall consist of a President, a Vice-President, a Secretary, a Treasurer, a Match Secretary (East), a Match Secretary (West) and members at the rate of one from each of the member clubs. It shall be permissible to combine the offices of Secretary and Treasurer, and likewise the offices of Match Secretary East and West.
There are 24 clubs involved and the Moray Province should be the backbone of these clubs carrying out the wishes of the members in a transparent and efficient manner, but they need your interest and support, come along and give that in which ever way you can.

A. In each alternative year, there shall be elected an Area Representative to serve on the Council of the R.C.C.C., as laid down in Article 46 of the Constitution of the R.C.C.C. All nominations should be lodged with the Management Committee fourteen days before the Meeting.
